Trail Pals goes over and above the call of duty. I called because I didn't see what I needed for my horse trailer. Debbie suggested I take a photo of what I needed. I did and texted the photos. The response was immediate! She gave me the exact number to put in the search box. You just can't find customer service like this any more.
So glad I came across this store online. Found everything I needed for my horse trailer in 1 place. Also spoke to a very nice women on the phone who helped me complete my order. Placed my order on a Tuesday afternoon from Fl and received it Thursday afternoon. Talk about great customer service. I highly recommend them.
