Trail Creek manages some rental properties for our family in SE Idaho and has done for several years. He is prompt and fair and reliable. Our tenants seem to be pleases as well and thats important. Keep up the good work.

Our experience renting through,TrailCreek we thought that they would be a good company to rent from. After awhile we found if things needs to be fixed in the apartment, it takes months for it to get fixed or not at all. We found that they don't follow through the things that they say. Be prepared to clean your own driveways out with the snow, rules and regulations for the apartments. If I could give a zero or negative star i would. Stay far away from this company. My spouse and I applied for a property. And after being told there was no other applicants for the place we waited over a week with zero response on our status. And have now found out the place has been rented. No one would answer phones or emails. Terrible

Here is an honest review from an actual customer. Most of Trail Creek’s 5 star reviews are employees and family. Trail creek property management is horrible. They use every loop hole they can find as an excuse to not maintain and repair issues. We rented from them for six months and issues that they were told about before move in are still not fixed. Covers on heaters, electrical outlets shorting out, water leaking from the roof, all ignored until we gave them a notice we were leaving. Still only tried to fix a few things. R... read more

They are friendly however are slow at repairs. I told them that the air conditioner didn't blow cold air back in June of 2022 and it still wasn't taken care of when I had to move out in September of 2023.
