This is by far the worst experince renting I have had. The workers are very hit or miss with more being a miss. I had many issues with the application process and many did nothing but play on thier phones. I wasted 600+ dollars trying to get a apartment.
Not the best. We had issues from move in day. On day 1, I had to contact the leasing office soon after getting our keys because the apartment didn’t appear to have been inspected and ready for a new tenant. The light in the microwave didn’t work, both tubs were backed up, the fridge didn’t close all the way, a piece was missing out of the freezer, the bathroom mirror was swinging off of the wall, a part of the back door was broken, the front door didn’t latch shut, etc. I could go on. Sandra is amazing! She is always ready to listen to my information. Sandra is always putting the Resident first and brainstorming how to best benefit them! The community is beautiful and the office staff extremely attentive.
