NIGHT SHIFT WORKER? You will likely never be able to sleep during the day here. Between what appears to be daily landscaping (right outside your window), loud music from cars, thin walls, fire & ambulance vehicles on the main road, it’s an impossible place to get daytime rest. BEWARE Side Note: I’ve lived here for roughly 4 months and from day 1, the inside of my place has a foul oder almost like cigarette smoke but not fully.

Summer is coming and the Pool or club house is on repair since months and the gate have been not working (open) for almost 2 years ago with all the money that each house produce on rent this issue must be already fixed!!! My neighbor got his car window smashed and they stole his belongings!!!

I love living here—don’t get me wrong. However, the gate has been broken for well over a year, and we’ve consistently been told that it’s “too expensive” to fix. We pay $2,200 a month just for our unit, and considering the number of tenants here, it’s hard to understand why the issue hasn’t been addressed. This is marketed as a gated community, and that was one of the reasons we chose to live here. If the gate remains nonfunctional, shouldn’t rent be adjusted to reflect the lack of that amenity? I love living here so much I resigned my lease, and thats the first time i can say Ive ever done that! The maintenance always handles requests fast. The guy that always comes I forget his name but he always is on it! The floors and countertops are amazing. Had an issue with our fridge, and they got a replacement in ONE day! Never had any issues with neighbors or suspicious people. It's so safe here and the pass code locks make me feel even safer. I will say the gate to the parking lot doesn't work, it's always open.
