We relocated from South Carolina and spent a year living here. Overall, the pros definitely outweighed the cons. I truly loved living in this community and never once felt unsafe. There’s plenty to do in the area, and having grocery stores and shops just five minutes away was super convenient. One of the main reasons we chose this place was because it’s a gated community. Current resident of Trail Creek for the past two years and trust me, that’s two years too long. I wanted to move last year but life got in the way. Now, I’m absolutely done. I pay over $1,700/month for a 1 bed, 1.5 bath, and for what? The gated entrance hasn’t worked in over a year, they’ve now just removed it completely. Trash overflows at the compactor regularly, piling up like a dump site. The water pressure in my upstairs bathroom is so weak I barely use the sink. My bathtub is always backed up and takes forever to drain... read more
