We had an excellent experience with Trail Creek Apartments, and I especially want to recognize Ashia Blackwell in the leasing office for providing truly outstanding service. Johnathan is an absolutely amazing leasing professional. He is very personable and knowledgeable about the property and the various units that they offer. Trail Creek seems like a very quiet and peaceful community.
Maybe we should consider assigning at least one parking per household. I’m sick and tired of having to park far away from my doors cause my neighbors have two cars and they take all the parking spots.
edited lower stars due to poor customer service from office I love living here so much I resigned my lease, and thats the first time i can say Ive ever done that! The maintenance always handles requests fast. The guy that always comes I forget his name but he always is on it! The floors and countertops are amazing.
