I needed some suspension work on my Tacoma and had a few special requests. I called to see if they could accommodate my unusual needs and fit my schedule, as I was coming from out of town. If you’re looking for a shop to actually diagnose a problem, do not go here. They charged me $200 to tell me what I already knew, that there was a noise in my front end. Their recommendation was to replace the transfer case, instead of replacing the $10 failed bearing. The front desk person, Robert, is completely unorganized, and has horrible customer service. I was a walk in a few years ago for a second opinion when another shop wanted to charge me $1500 for a repair code they said was related to my fuel system. Jason said to change my key battery, which was the real problem. Dan and Jason are honest, always make time for you, and work hard to find ways to save you money. With these guys you will never be stranded, turned away, or charged for unnecessary repairs. Don't waste your time and your hard earned money. Make this team your first stop! I appreciate you guys!
