Very fast courteous service with a good price for my fridge that I purchased. Thank you Tracy for helping me with my purchase.
Delivery was promptly on time, in fact earlier than expected. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Some damage occurred from the manufacturer and was noted by staff immediately. Offered to replace it or offered a discount. All arrangements were completed before they left for the discount. What a pleasant treat it is to do business with this company. I'm a repeat customer, so this was not a one of experience.
I am very disappointed in the service I am getting to get help to get my fridge repaired. It just going in circles and is very frustrating. Your very good a selling the product but after that is down hill !!!!!
