Love all the guys at Trafton VW. They have done pre purchase inspections on several vehicles for me over the last few years. They are wonderfully detailed and completely honest in their reports of the inspection and they are fairly priced for all the work that they do. I recommend them to everyone. They are honest and fair as well as they do fantastic work. You can tell everyone there loves what they do and they love VWs, porsches and Audis. Thank you to the wonderful crew!
I came into Trafton Auto yesterday to see if they can check my fuses and possibly replace one if needed. I have no clue on where the fuse box is and came hoping to find help. I could've gone to an Auto Zone, but I was hoping to make a new contact for a VW specialist. My family and I are new residents of Portland. Jeff was nice and I was able to bypass a diagnostic the woman at the counter suggested to "check" the fuses. They were able to break down to me what was going on with my car and worked with me on my time as well. Thanks so much. My car is running beautifully.
