Terrible management and unlivable conditions! For over three months, I’ve reported severe mould issues that have damaged my belongings and harmed my health, yet management has done nothing but temporary, ineffective fixes. The carpet is still mould-infested, the air is unbearable, and multiple appliances (dishwasher, kitchen hood) have been broken for months with no repairs. I requested a rent reduction, but they completely ignored me. The lack of responsibility and response is unacceptable. Avoid this place at all costs!
Christina is an incredible manager. I have been a tenant for a few months but needed to break my lease. I have worked with many managers over decades as a landlord; and this is the first time I’ve been a tenant since the 80s, and Christina is the best. She is collaborative, friendly, communicative and simply easy to work with.

AVOID. Building manager doesn’t act in tenants’ best interests. Whole building lost hot water for over a week, zero response to requests for rent reductions. “Secure” carpark broken into regularly with bolt cutters and things stolen. “Secure” mailboxes are outside in an alleyway and have locks bashed off them and mail stolen.
