The pool and grounds are beautiful. Maintenance is really good and knowledgeable. Sours the experience when the apartment manager holds the lost keys of a resident, to prevent access to their apartment for days. Then refusing to give the tenant their keys because they may not be the tenants. One of the keys are non duplicate keys with a serial number along with a pool fob that allows the tenant access to the pool. The pool and grounds are beautiful. Maintenance is really good and knowledgeable. The manager (Amanda) is very personable and does a great job. The hallways are always clean. Cute apartments. Great area. Pet friendly. Trafalga has a great team, sometimes I feel like I’m at a resort. It took about a year before I was used to living in an apartment. Great place to live.
Honest, Personal, and No Hidden Fees! I lived at Trafalgar East for two years and highly recommend it. They don't call it "luxury," but they provide a better, more honest experience than most "luxury" complexes. The manager, Amanda, is professional and runs a very tight ship. I had a wonderful experience working with Amanda and Elizabeth. They were beyond accommodating to my family situation and during the application process, the staff was so kind and flexible and always available to help. Sadly, my family ended up not being able to move into Trafalgar due to health issues. It would have been a perfect community for them to live in as I found the apartments to be spacious and cozy.
