Every month without fail, not only do they raise the rent little by little with NOTHING to show for it but my damn A/C will break around the same time every month too. It’s like they’re not fixing it PROPERLY and doing it on purpose to make sure to charge maintenance fees frequently. And what exactly are y'all raising rent for?? Living here started out nice and has turned into pure hell. Want to live somewhere where 99% of your calls go unanswered, the maintenance doesn't know what they're doing and often makes situations WORSE rather than better? Look no further than The Traditions! I've lived here for a little over a year and the conditions have RAPIDLY declined, meanwhile the rent thoroughly INCREASES for no apparent reason.
