Update 5: it's been awhile, management has been fully replaced, people do seem to be attempting to make things better Update4: Heat finally got fixed. Still no calls back from management with multiple messages left. Do not rent here I have been here for little over a month and our Ac has broke not once but twice leaving us in an over an 80 home and it is nicer outside then in our house. We have made multiple maintenance requests and it took days to get it fixed the first time and her we are again not even two weeks later it’s broken and they will not fix it I have been up to the office made multiple requests and yet still no A C and that is just one of the many problems here. I witnessed Mr.Vaughn addressing concerns with residents while waiting and can I assure u that his customer service skills are top tier. When I had my chance to speak to him he definitely did not disappoint.20 stars out of ten!
These ppl are liars they are stealing money and adding on false fees they claim I had damage to my apartment when i didn’t i have a whole video showing no damage they were adding on fees even after I moved out talking about damages they are some scammers DONT MOVE OUT HERE THEY ARE TERRIBLE PPL!!!! And i would not have gave that one star either they deserve no STARS
