Sold as a gated community. Once all the homes were built, developer has been completely absent for 9 months. Roads are not finished. Sidewalks need repair. Fences around ponds not installed. Dead trees. Informed us gates will not be installed. Common areas have not been maintained. Very disappointed.
Over promise and underdeliver. Promised a gated community, no gates. Promised to replace dead tree, no replacements. Terrible developers.
Brand new community. The neighbors are very friendly. The clubhouse is immaculate and offers many activities.
