All 10s - Lori (nurse) was very helpful; understanding; explained everything so I could understand treatments and plans. She was compassionate and caring. She came when we needed her; even on a weekend when LB wanted only her ...she even came when she was not on call!!! LB looked forward to Ganni's (sp) visits...especially his shaves. Enjoli was amazing. We had very little knowledge of hospice and she was available to answer any question we had. This process usually happens when you and your loved one have been through a lot emotionally and physically so to have someone with knowledge that truly cares to help is priceless.
