Clean community
There is dog poop everywhere. No poop bags at doggie stations and haven't been for at least three months. Parking is atrocious. Parking lot has huge pot holes and have for over a year. The mailboxes are broken and most do not have any doors due to people breaking into them. The back gate has been broken for four months. Quick to take your money for your deposit and your application but then once you have filled out your application they will come back with multiple different numbers as being your income amount including some that aren't even possible for you to make. They will tell you that you are over income limits even though you fall under the limits clearly stated on the website by quite a bit.
