I had an outstanding experience at this surgical center. The facility is exceptionally clean, and the entire staff is professional, personable, and deeply compassionate. Worst every ! I go to Cleveland Clinic for my Dr , I book my procedure through Cleveland Clinic, I get my estimate from Cleveland Clinic, but when I get to the surgery center, I am told they are not Cleveland Clinic and I have to pay more, I prep , I am uncomfortable, my wife took off work and they won’t take me unless I pay . Worst ever experience!
What a great place for colonscopy from the amazing Dr Kappler. He's such a great Dr and so kind. Shout out to Kimberly who got my IV line in first shot. She's amazing. All the staff nurses are top notch. I will never go anywhere else.
Had my Colonoscopy done Thursday Aug. 21st by Dr. George Kourdari and it went very well. I was there from check-in to leaving 2.5 hours (they took me early for prep) Had 4 Polyops removed (received pictures afterwards before their removal). The entire staff was great, informative and friendly. I recommend them highly. Already recommended an elderly couple to see the Doctor after I told them how it went.
