Everyone here is so kind and helpful!! I needed help caring for my aging father while I was out of state, and it was quick and easy to get on the schedule once the referral processed. The nursing staff is all friendly and easy to get along with, and we’re very patient and kind even when he was sometimes stubborn 😅 They gave me updates and had helpful references to other resources we needed. Observing our caregiver (Chanel) with my dad brings me peace of mind since I don’t live in the area. She treats my dad with respect and compassion, and meets all of his challenging needs. We've been using Atlantic Home Care for a few months for my grandmother and are very happy with them. They have always gotten back to me same day when I leave a message her email. Our home care aid, Sally, goes above and beyond for my grandmother. She does not like to acknowledge she needs help and that she can't do certain things, but Sally is really patient with her and good at preserving her ego.
