This is a well run place. I lived here with my dog for 7.5 years and was glad to be living in a safe clean community where things get fixed when you ask.
I love my little apartment that thinks it's a house!!!! Grace, Shelly and all of the associates that keep the residence happy and informed are amazing! Just noticed my heat wasn't working after hours and emergency man Dave was here and had it going within 30 minutes of my call. WOW! I LOVE MY LITTLE APARTMENT, pool, fire pit, grills and deck area, theatre room, pool table and ping-pong, community living area, attached garage, excise area, community gatherings. I am so happy and comfortable here!

I absolutely LOVED living here!!! I moved out almost 5 years ago because we decided to buy a house and I still miss it!!! Friendly staff, great gym, own attached garage, very spacious... totally worth the money!!! If I ever need an apartment again this is the first place I'm going!!!
This was the first time I have ever rented. It was a great experience. Loved loved loved my town home. I wish I could have taken it with me.
Just moved here from Oklahoma and after viewing numerous apartments in the Omaha area, so glad to be calling The Tradition home. Love the hometown feel and community vibe. Michelle and Aubrey are fabulous.
