He will make sure you are taken care of.

Just moved into my new modular home -- I LOVE IT! And even my TV service installer complimented me on what a nice home I have, and he especially LOVED my home's crawl space, so efficiently insulated and functionally arranged for working space! That made be feel well taken care of, as well!
