Waitresses are friendly but every time we go the hostess is rude. This morning we were walked past four times by three different people before anyone spoke to us. We stood at the door for five minutes before anyone seated us. The hostess was standing at the bar talking and laughing with waitresses. When hostess finally spoke to us, she did so from across the room and told us to follow her. Then she took our drink order (but never brought it to us). Nice atmosphere food is descent prices are a little high.
Ordered through a delivery service. We didn't get some of our order and the hash browns were burnt. This place will never be Top Knotch.
Service as a whole was not good at all. Our waitress was pleasant but when I found a hair in my food, the waitress said...”that couldn’t have come from the kitchen, they all have short hair”, the only thing offered to me was a new fork. The manager wasn’t notified, and my food wasn’t offered to be replaced or removed from my bill. When I went up to pay and the hostess asked how everything was, and I explained how everything was, she also didn’t offer to notify the manager or compensate me for my bad experience. Love their breakfasts. And the wait staff are so nice. My coffe cup was never empty.
For lent the all you can eat fish or shrimp was a really good deal at 10.99. Really enjoyed the fried Pollock
