Ed is one of the most respectful and genuine guys out there! He does great work and I truly do appreciate it! With me being a woman who knows nothing about roofing/shingles/gutters/etc, he knows exactly how to communicate to me in terms and ways I understand. He doesn’t try to upsale you on things you don’t need. He truly cares about the longevity of your home. Would 10/10 recommend this guy!
I have used Ed now three times in 2 1/2 years since we moved here. We have an area that always gets hit by high-winds, and we end up losing shingles. He always responds back to me quickly, and comes the same day to do repairs or the next day. Out here in Knoxville, it’s extremely hard to find individuals that are honest, dependable, actually show up, and do quality work. His prices are extremely reasonable, and he does amazing work!!
