The lady Z that everyone seems to be commenting these wonderful things about is a total bitch. She is rude and hateful, the typical foreigner. I will never shop this store again. Basically everyone that works there is stupid, incompetent, rude, and hateful. Reason for this poor rating is because I bought several things from the store and upon installing them half the hardware was missing and when I brought it to the attention of the BITCH Zeba she said sales were final no refunds. Will not see me at this trash store again.

The place seems way to high priced for the products they sell. I wanted to purchase a window that had defects and missing the screen was priced at new price. No negotiations at all.
Lady Z was very helpful and every time we are there she is the best to work with and if you don't see what your're looking for, ask her to see if that's something she carries or coming in. If your're needing help loading it's also available. We have had a couple of real estate projects and we were running short of the tile, called her up and Ms. Z help them back for us until we could get there.
