It's alright I traded 2 prom dresses and 2 bags full of american eagle clothes and only got 60 dollars. It might be alright to buy things there but i prob could have gotten more money doing a rummage sale
Trader K's ultimate review You can find brand clothing for 2-3 dollars, such as abercrombie, american eagle, etc. I go there a lot. I wish they would organise their clothes by brand, though, not just size. It hurts your arms to sift through the millions of clothes, and most of the time the sizes are misplaced. I love trader k's They have clothing form DC and aero as a 14 year old girl i can get the clothing i want and need for a fraction of the price. i can get mini skirts that i cant find at target or walmart i love trader k's!
Okay, but not amazing They have a large variety of things, but compared to other non-specialty secondhand stores, they are on the expensive side. Plus, the people who work there aren't so nice or helpful. I was with my friend who was trying to sell some clothes; they were very picky, unpleasant, and they gave her back a strangely small amount of money for clothes in good condition.
Our family loves Trader K's! My three daughters and I love Trader K's. We are from the Elmira area and we travel to Ithaca once a month to do some serious shopping. Having high schooler daughters, they want the trendiest stuff. Going to Trader K's, I don't have to spend a fortune and still get great things. My girls even got all their prom and formal dresses from there. They were in perfect condition! I can't say enough good things about Trader K's and it is definitely worth the trip!
I love Trader K's! I have been shooping at trader k's since middle school. Not having a lot of money, I can get great high quality items like Citizens of Humanity, Seven, Nike, j. crew etc. They always have new items daily and are always having different sales. A new parking lot just opened behind them so selling clothes is a breeze. Best Store Ever! If you are seeking a large variety of high quality, latest fashion, popular and often higher end brands of clothing at very reasonable prices then Trader K's is the place to go (again and again). Their stock changes daily with great items that their fashion and quality savvy staff carefully select from the vast assortment of articles folks bring in for trade slip or cash (customer choice). Bad service I wouldn't recommend it since you can get very little money for your clothes. Also, they won't accept all the clothes. They will check the clothes really carefully, and only accept the brand new ones for a very cheap price--only $2-$3/piece, and you'll have to take back the clothes they didn't want. Also, there is no parking lots around it. If you want to go there, you'll have to walk for a long time, with a heavy bag of clothes.
Services is bad and You can't get much money back I went there once. It was a hot summer day, and I was taking a big heavy bag of clothes, and I had to walk to there, since there is no driving road to it. The misses there are not friendly either. They were very picky about the clothes. Finally, they only took 3 jeans from me, and I had to take the big bag all the way back. What's more, I only got 6 bucks from those 3 jeans!!! It doesn't worth the gas I used to get to downtown:(
