not the same – I'm used to California TJ's and it seems to work a little differently there. If you ask a floor employee where something is, they walk you to it. At this location they just point and set you off to find it yourself. Also, they didn't have Coconut Oil like they do in CA. All in all they have a great selection of food though.
The Trader Joe's is the best place. I love the salads and also the frozen chicken burritos. I buy them and take it to lunch with me. The salads are always fresh and there are so many different kinds to chose. The staff is really good and very helpful. The palace is small but you will find really good things here. Just love this place.
One Stop Shopping – I switched to organic foods earlier this summer due to concern for what regular supermarket food products contain and the effect they can have on my overall health and well being. I am a senior citizen on a relatively fixed income and am able to find everything and more that I need to prepare healthy, nutritious meals for myself and company. Dogs rule the roost – This location gets one star for some of the nice employees. Minus 4 stars for DOGS OUT OF CONROL IN A FOOD STORE! After entering this store Sat eve, noticed a medium-sized black dog on a very long leash in the produce section
INFESTATION OF INDIAN MEAL MOTHS!!!! – I purchased a package of Trader Joe's Organic Basmati Rice (from India) and put it in my pantry, never thinking that soon afterwards, I would have an INFESTATION OF INDIAN MEAL MOTHS flying all over my kitchen! Yikes!!!! I had the entire pantry cleaned out. I was examining each item before putting back --- and --- voila --- the TRADER JOE ORGANIC BASMATI RICE, which had NEVER BEEN OPENED, was FILLED WITH WORMS AND MOTHS!!!!! Absolutely the best! – Had a hard week last week. Could write a great country song bad week. Was in the check out at my favorite Trader Joe's ( Kirkland! )and the clerk looks at me and suddenly takes off. She comes back with a bouquet of flowers and puts it down next my groceries. I love Trader Joe's – Trader Joe's is the best store in town...why...well they have great stuff true and their prices are good. But one of the best things about Trader Joe's is that they make you feel like you are an important customer. Ever wonder why the lines are so long...that's because people love to shop there.
