It all started in the 50s... Would you believe we started out as a small chain of convenience stores? It's true. Way back in 1958. We were called Pronto Markets. In '67, our founder, the original Trader Joe, changed our name (yes, to Trader Joe's) and the way we do business. We made the stores bigger (if you can imagine), decked the walls with cedar planks and donned our crew in cool Hawaiian shirts. They have everything under the sun there❗️I love this place!
Because the prices are the best so far. I found yummy food and treats for my kids.
Customer service is spotty at best. Managers are useless when something goes wrong. Whoever handles inventory for the Chelsea location is inept. This store needs a new management team immediately. Whole Foods has better food and better service. Yes you pay a little more but WF is much better than TJ.
Smart shoppers only go immediately at opening hours. Crowds are non-existent + shelves are full. Take note.
