THIS is how a store should be run during the pandemic. What incredible management and an incredible staff. I appreciate you taking this so seriously and keeping us safe if we have to leave to get essentials. Please keep enforcing the mask and sanitation rules at the door, as well as the 6 feet distancing at the registers. Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Everything is always stocked and never low on items. Ill be sure to only do future shopping here, from now on. The public appreciates you and thanks you!
Trader Joe's Buffalo is doing a fantastic job during the Pandemic! The staff is courteous and working hard to keep the carts and store clean. I asked the checker to do two separate orders as I was shopping for someone who is immunocompromised and they were so kind and accommodating. This was as they were closing at 7 pm. I wish I had gotten his name as he then gave me flowers due to my being a caregiver. I hope he sees this as he really made my night!
The staff at this location is outstanding! Their professionalism during this tough time as been second to none. We shop here weekly and feel safe and reassured that the highest standards are being met, if not exceeded. We’ll done guys!
Only one in the area great service and selection
they are absolutely best in customer service! one of the workers gave me flowers and cupcakes when they heard me say my father just died recently. they are working under such stress and risking their own lives by coming to work everyday during this pandemic, yet found it in their hearts to do such a sweet jester for someone else. wow, thank you Trader joes, y'all are the best!
You let too many people in the store yesterday, and you also let in people who were not wearing face coverings. It was impossible to stand at least 6 feet apart from people while walking through the store. This was the first time I've been there in at least a month because I'm trying to limit my grocery trips, and I was surprised by how many people were shopping during the pandemic.
