I go to Trader Joe’s on a weekly basis and the employees are always extremely helpful especially when I bring my 2 young boys. Their customer service is excellent!
Trader Joe's carries a great variety of quality and affordable foods for all diets. I am a vegan and they have so many great items I can eat. Thank you for continuing to support those of us who eat a plant-based diet.
I had to bring my 2 daughters today while I shopped. My youngest is suffering from terrible allergies, which has completely changed her demeanor and made her extremely irritable and moody. Although I received some not-so-nice stares and comments from other patrons, the staff was very sweet and kind. My daughter and I were shopping here just a week after she had gotten out of the hospital; she had gotten into a bad car accident with many broken bones and visible braces. The cashier Jack generously gave her a bouquet of flowers and wished her a speedy recovery. The people of Trader Joe’s have so much goodness and kindness! Thank you for making her day.
So fun to work at even to go shopping at they are so nice.
I travel 47 miles to go to this store. They must treat their employees great because they are always happy and eager to help. Product sold there are top-notch, I always try to buy one new thing when I go there because in the off-chance it was not to my liking, I know I can just go back on my next trip and let them know and they never question it, they simply refund my money for that product. (I've only had to do this twice in about 20 years) I sure wish they would open one in Rockford IL.
