I stopped in to pick up a few things and they asked me how are you doing? I said I just left the rehab hospital where my husband was at and that I won’t be able to visit him anymore and was very emotional. The other cashier heard this came over and gave me a bouquet of flowers. I was overwhelmed with emotion! Thank you 🙏 — in Algonquin, Illinois.

Always an enjoyable shopping experience!
I came to this specific location because of the great reviews. Almost 5 stars for great customer service/ friendly staff, I did not feel that at all. The staff was dismissive and they were not willing to help me. I am very big on customer service, I will take my business elsewhere if I feel like you are being rude and unhelpful.
I was not allowed to post the last cat poster. Heartless!
We so need one in the Rockford area!! 💗 this store!
