This is a GREAT store! All the staff are very accommodating and they remember us and cater well to our little boy!
Very friendly, knowledgeable staff, but the the main draw is they have the best deals on wine I've seen; a lot of their wines are bought directly from the producer. On the down side, there breads are the opposite of "fresh;" they come from out-of-state, when a block down the street, Whole Foods Is baking their breads in store. Also, as a single person, in produce, they have too many items that are pre-packaged and more than I need; I get it; this saves them on the bottom line, but it doesn't get me in my "happy place."
I just don't get the store. I didn't think it could be worse than Whole Foods, but it is. I'll stick with Marianos for my shopping. They've got the organics and everything else that I shop for without the attitudes of the customers and customer service staff.
I love Trader Joe's. I usually love my local one. But when I was there last night, they were out of EVERYTHING, even eggs. It was crazy.
Shout out to Frank, best cashier ever. Made my day. Thanks for having such thoughtful and dedicated staff.
Exemplary customer service! Example: Delorean checking my half carton of eggs to ensure none were cracked. �️
