Customer service here has been consistently abysmal for the last 4-5 months. My family and I have patronize Trader Joe's for the last 16 years and never experienced anything like this. Employee morale is clearly down, like palpably, and they no longer seem to even pretend to cultivate a happy & friendly atmosphere. We kept brushing it off and making excuses like 'this is just an incredibly stressful time', but it's degraded to the point where no matter the excuse you're still a business and professionalism counts. Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Even during COVID-19 they have things organized to help protect themselves and their customers. I wish they offered curbside pick up though.
Shout out to Trader Joe’s on their new announcement to have an expedited line for senior citizens from 9-10 am starting Mon, Mar 23 during this time of crisis. You guys rock and we appreciate what you do for our community!!
Camille is my daughter-in-law. Thank you for the loving kindness you showed her yesterday by collecting her groceries and delivering them to her car. Also, for the beautiful flowers and the card signed by the employees. Oh, and the candy for the children.🍭
