My son lost his Hulk toy at Trader Joe's in Royal Oak. An employee quickly drew a Hulk sign with a caption, "Have you seen me" and rushed over with it. On the way home, we got a call from the Super Hero Squad saying they found Hulk. We pulled up to the store and an employee was waiting for us with Hulk holding 2 suckers! Thank you for taking the time to brighten up this little boy's day. We❤️Trader Joe's!
Customer service is great. Workers have heart. Ran in to get a few last minute items I needed for Christmas. I didn't have a tree this year so I grabbed a mini one they were selling. I told the cashier to ring up the tree last. Well I had exactly enough without the tree. Told the cashier sorry but she would have to put it back. One of the floor managers told the cashier to put it in my basket and take the tag off. I was so grateful. I had happy tears, that just so made my day and holiday.
