Hey Trader Joe’s! Your customer service and employees are outstanding. While checking out, I mentioned I didn’t feel like cooking on my anniversary so we’re trying some new dishes from the refrigerated section - and Courtney (from the Newport News store) treated me to surprise flowers! � So Sweet, especially do with a deployed spouse. � Keep doing what you do and hiring great people like her!

Sitting in the parking lot at Trader Joes in Va Beach while Sarah shops is quite different from doing the same thing in Fairfax, because the people walking in the parking lot look so different. But their driving and parking are pretty much the same. As always, Total Wine is visibly close at hand.
If I ever experience an earthquake, tornado, great fire or ZombieApocalypse I hope I am in Trader Joe’s. The cookies, affordable wine, splendid selection of cheeses, plenty of salsa, friendly staff and imported chocolate would definitely mitigate the stress of impending doom.
I'm a first time visitor, I'd heard the ads on the radio for years. Its an hour ride one way for me, but so worth it!! I will definitely become a regular!
Not only are their products the best & super reasonably priced..their staff is genuine & kind. Walking into our VB Trader Joe’s is refreshing.
