Friendly staff!
I always love going to Trader Joe’s on Ward Parkway. This morning my shopping experience was made even better by a check-out employee named Brett, who was so charismatic and friendly that I found myself smiling the entire transaction, despite feeling under the weather and having a stressful morning. Really lifted my spirits! �
The cashier was so nice to me when I accidentally pulled my debit card out too early twice and she had to do the transaction 3 times. She made me not feel so embarrassed. Definitely a great team working here.
I wish TJs didn't package their fruits and veggies. It's an incredible waste. They also have a lot of products with palm oil and are not transparent about its sourcing.
Great options And plenty of people to help. Such a great variety of items to choose from that are healthy and tasty.
Always friendly and fast service, even when its busy inside. They often offer help to my car when i bring my kids. We also appreciate their help with finding allergen friendly products and sampling them.
Trader Joe's is wonderful! It has the most amazing, helpful staff, the prices are great, I never have trouble parking, even during the holidays!
