They were letting healthcare workers in without waiting 2 weeks ago at the Westbury Trader Joe's. Today one of the employees waiting at the front was very rude and said "I'll let you go in now but next time come back on your day off or something . You'll have to wait online like everyone else" ! He was very rude and demeaning! The rest of the world is praising healthcare workers and trying to make life a little easier for them, but not trader Joe's! Very disappointed!!
I’m a 70 year old woman who has been a regular Trader Joe’s shopper for years. However on Wednesday I to the college ave store for some much needed groceries. An unmasked couple was shopping there and they repeatedly came into my personal space. When I complained to a staff member, she went to speak to the store manager. RecommendedI just wanted to share that while I was in the Danville Trader Joe’s today, I was shopping for me and several friends and one of the TJ employees, Tina, saw me looking around for things and asked to see my “lists” and she helped me find absolutely everything. While chatting she learned that I was a nurse. The next thing you know she brought me over a bouquet of flowers and said it was compliments of Trader Joe’s and thanked me for being a nurse and serving the community. Recommendedthey are absolutely best in customer service! one of the workers gave me flowers and cupcakes when they heard me say my father just died recently. they are working under such stress and risking their own lives by coming to work everyday during this pandemic, yet found it in their hearts to do such a sweet jester for someone else. wow, thank you Trader joes, y'all are the best!
