Yesterday, our car broke down in your parking lot. We are traveling from WA to CA. Nelson, who had just checked us out, was gathering carts and saw us having car trouble. He went to get his colleague Lori with her car and jumper cables. They were so kind and reassuring and we wanted you to know how awesome they are!
