Trademasters made 2 visits to my home. On the second visit the technician told me my unit had to be replaced or a coil could be repaired(replaced). Next day, warranty company said the report from tech said electrical belts were missing from the unit. I've called, left voice messages, emailed, and sent texts. They installed a NEW 454B CENTRAL AC UNIT last month with their additional recommendations. I have called the office many times with problems and have not received a return call. The new unit is leaking and the shut off valves they recommended and installed did not shut unit off. I have reported this to them with no response. Their answering service (the only way to call them) has confirmed that Brittany has received all of my messages.
Came to try to fix my AC unit, and left without fixing anything.
This has been the best experience I have ever had dealing with a repair company. They provided fast service, called and set up appointment within 1 hour of call to AHS. Arrived next day on time and even provided a tracking app to see as they came out. Our tech Sateen, came out and pinpointed the problem swiftly. He took his time to explain and show us why the component failed, and explained what parts were ordered, and that they would be in the next day.
