Working through Zillow we had an unresponsive agent, Nick, who failed to: 1- Share the due date for offers, 2- Cancel our showing because the seller was already signing an offer. He is unhelpful and unprofessional, and not only got our hopes up but completely wasted my and our realtors time. Absolutely do not recommend. Very disappointed with this experience.
This was a horrible experience. The front desk staff in the office itself? They're wonderful. However, the property manager for my Silver Spring address was awful. I'd have to jump through all kind of hoops to get in touch with him--text, email, and call. There was always something wrong with the property. We found MICE in the basement and when I had pest control come out, I alerted my property manager about it.
