Still no apology?
I can not recommend this realty company. They deliberately bungled the paperwork for a friend of mine to prevent him from purchasing a home. This was in the final stages of the sale, so it was particularly hurtful. I have never heard of any business being so blatantly bigoted. They figured out a way to slow things down and create enough problems by mixing up names and putting information on incorrect lines, delaying the process so the buyers would lose the contract. This company is discriminatory and unprofessional. I would BECER use them. Please find another agency to get fair treatment.
A very unethical company. They deliberately sabotaged a closing after both the buyer and seller had agreed to the sale. They did this in conjunction with the local title company Garland County Title. Both businesses illegally discriminated against the buyers in this transaction.
