Fireplace remodel was exceptional. Professional from the quote to completion of the job. Contractors arrived on time daily and clean-up and care given to my wood floors was outstanding as the work continued throughout the project. Very happy with services and would highly recommend for ANY project needed.

I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Trademark Property Solutions—not because of the owner, Matt, but because of Shellie Fritch, who claims to be the VP of the company yet does not appear on any official company documents. Shellie lists homes for rent, seemingly with no real intent to actually lease them, but rather to collect application fees from numerous applicants. I don't typically leave reviews but wanted to share my experience with Trademark Property Solutions. I just had my dad's garage re-built after some significant storm damage. Jason and his entire team were very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. They kept us informed and ready for the next step throughout the entire process. I honestly cannot think of anything they could do better. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
