RecommendedI was very happy with the service from Anthony and Tara, we learn a lot about the house were buying. There very smart and know what to look for. If your buying a house, call them first and have it looked at first. They go over the report and they send you one else to look also. Very highly recommended company
Jim and Anthony performed a very thorough inspection of our home today in advance of the listing on the market. They were both very helpful so I understood all of the items identified, and what if anything needed to be done to remedy them.

Jim was extremely helpful. He took time and treated us as if we were his own. He took the time to explain any details from the expansive report that he generated after fully inspecting our house. He welcomed us to follow him around and explain to us anything that we were unsure about and even offered for us to contact him post the inspection to review any questions we had. I absolutely do NOT recommend Trademark Home Inspection. My husband had them inspect the home we were looking at buying, and everything passed. Fast forward to after we have lived in our new house for three weeks and the furnace has gone out. I call to have it checked and repaired, where I learn the furnace is almost 30 YEARS OLD, and cannot be repaired due to the age, the amount of soot in the furnace and the heat exchanger is rotted.
