We got an inspection report for the home we were going to purchase. Upon initial review everything in the report looked good. After purchase of the home we noticed a bulging basement wall that the inspector missed along with the attic of mold that the inspector missed. They offer "coverage" through Residential Warranty Services which is a joke.
