Update on review: Trademark Exteriors reached out to us after my initial review. They asked for a detail list of repairs and said they would cover the costs of repairing our sunroom by another company. They apologized for dropping the ball with communication and they are taking actions to improve their services in the future. We really appreciate this response especially since we were out of the 2 year limit on the warranty. Thank you Mark and Brantley.
If I could leave no stars I would. This company built our sunroom in 2020. We have continually had issues with water coming into our room ever since. We have contacted them many times without them fixing the problem. Finally this year, Brantley the contractor, came out and promised us even though it was out of warranty, they would fix the issue because they wanted a satisfied customer.
