If I could leave no stars I would. This company built our sunroom in 2020. We have continually had issues with water coming into our room ever since. We have contacted them many times without them fixing the problem. Finally this year, Brantley the contractor, came out and promised us even though it was out of warranty, they would fix the issue because they wanted a satisfied customer. I recently employed Trademark Home Exteriors to build an in-law suite attached to the back of my daughter’s house. I could not be more pleased with the results. The owner Mark came from Conway to Carolina Shores to look at our enclosed porch. Measured , looked at photos on his iPad .Discussed timeframe and where he gets his materials. It was 2 days before Thanksgiving.Mark said he would get it to us by than. We understood when we didn't get one due to the holiday. My husband followed up and again we were told the estimate would be due before the end of the day on Friday. A week later we are still waiting.
