Trademark Flooring & Improvement LLC, they do installations for Floor & Decor and tiled our primary shower and these are the problems we had: 1) Waterproof membrane was not applied on all seams on the partial wall-see photo 2) It doesn’t appear that much thin set mortar was applied to that wall to insure that water will not leak between the seams of two backer boards-see photo 3) shower pan floor not sloped appropriately and water did not drain-see photo 4) Metal strips were applied along edges of tile and a gap of almost an... read more
