Priscilla Snow , is a real nice lady to work with. I had damage done on my home from the storm. I found that she was professional and honest, and she made sure the job was done and the crews cleaned up afterwards. Following the 04/28/21 hailstorm, Alex and Troy Arnold contacted me. I was impressed with Troy's knowledge and apparent understanding of the scope of my project. Troy turned me over to Bobby Dickerson and I was also pleased with Bobby's attention. That was 3 weeks ago! After leaving 7 messages for Troy and Bobby (no response) I finally spoke to Troy 3 days ago and he told me he had escalated my inquiry and complaint to "those in charge" and I should hear from them that day. We recently had our roof replaced by Trademark. The entire experience from pre-sales through completion was a smooth one. Priscilla, the project manager, checked in with us multiple times during the project providing updates and making sure sure any questions we had were answered. When we needed a new roof due to one of Oklahoma's many hail storms, I called Trademark Exteriors for a quote. They sent an amazing young lady named Priscilla Snow. To be honest, at first I wasn't too impressed that they sent a lady but by the end of things I was a HUGE fan.
