I highly recommend this company for any roofing repairs or replacements. They did a phenomenal job on my house. They made time in their busy schedule to repair my roof with a closing date on the sale of my house quickly approaching. We couldn't be happier with our new roof from Trademark Exteriors. We are very pleased with their workmanship and it carries a lifetime warranty. Our 5600 SF installation was 95% done in one day thanks to them sending a crew of 16. When the electrical connections were too short for the new power vents they paid for electricians to climb 14' in our attic and run additional wiring. I cannot say enough good things about Michael and his team at Trademark. He came out and performed a free roof inspection and uncovered damage (that we were unaware had occurred) from the 4/19/23 tornado in April of 2024 while we were looking for new home owners insurance. He showed us pictures of the damage, explained how it had happened and why it was important to fix. He assured us he would help make the process smooth and painless for us. I worked with Ryan Summers with Trademark Exteriors and the experience was beyond my expectations! He and his team got me twice the insurance money than was originally given on my roof claim! I ended up not having to pay anything out of pocket for the replacement. They did a phenomenal job too. The roof and gutters they replaced will last for years and years to come. Ryan Summers is great to work with. He is professional, and willing to work with you on whatever you need. He has been wonderful to work with. If you have insurance questions, he is able to answer them. He will even call your provider to explain any additional issues that he found on the house, that the inspector may have missed. Their crews are quick to finish the job and they leave the area clean and tidy. I appreciate the work that they have done for me, and for others that I know. Thank you!
