Moved out a couple years ago, after living there for several years. Had a pretty good experience living there and the maintenance crew were always the nicest people. Management for the most part was fair and when Princeton took over they actually started doing meaningful changes it seemed. I didn’t ever get any charges for anything including moving out, so in my experience it was fair.
Looking to relocate back in Traverse City. I have a cat. They are 'pet friendly' in their own terms; They want an extra $250 'security' deposit for your pet, plus an extra monthly rent of $25. The initial security deposit is not good enough for them. Seems that Michigan became totally anti-pets. A species of villains, criminals, thieves - heartless zombies devoid of any human feelings ad emotions. I won't move back to Michigan, as the greed of the people of this state are at the pick. It’s nice and affordable very friendly office staff. My only concern if it’s 89 degrees and burning up about to give birth and I just need AC. But other then that love it here ❤️ and love the property management, and very well maintain
