Roja is amazing! I’ve been going to her for my eyebrows for a long time, and she never disappoints. She really listens to what I want and always shapes them perfectly. Highly recommend!

I had a really disappointing experience at this store and feel others should be aware. I recently purchased a hairbrush that ended up not being suitable. It was completely unused, so I returned to the store to politely ask if they could make an exception—at least for store credit. I understood the “final sale” policy on the receipt, but hoped for some flexibility given the condition of the item and that the final sale policy was not communicated at the time of purchase.
