I had a very disappointing experience at Trade Secrets in Fairview Mall. I walked in for eyebrow threading and requested a specific person, but another lady said she was the only one working that day and insisted she could do my eyebrows. At first, she acted confident, but she completely ruined my eyebrows. When I told her I wasn’t happy and mentioned that she didn’t seem experienced in threading, she became defensive instead of handling the situation professionally. I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this salon. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. There was a lady name Shirin, in particular, had a very rude and dismissive attitude. She spoke in a condescending tone and made me feel uncomfortable instead of valued as a client. There are a few people who are very nice but it's not worthed to go again.
Sara was amazing. I got eyebrow threading and she did such a great job. Highly recommend Sara
I’ve been a loyal customer for almost three years and usually see one esthetician who does an excellent job. However, when I’ve had to book with Roja due to emergencies, my experience has been consistently disappointing. The receptionist (short indian girl)needs to chill with her attitude. No way can you expect to trash talk customers and then expect them to return to you. Her chosen behaviour for certain people is beyond my understanding.
