Juana Rocks it! Wanted a change so I set out looking for a salon. I looked online reading reviews and decided I would try trade secret or aveda. After calling and Juana willing to fit me into her schedule I decided to give her a try. I'm so glad I ended up at trade secret. I just returned home after getting hair cut with Juana. Very happy at Trade Secrets My daughter and I have both been going to Juana for a number of years for our hair and we are always happy with how our hair turns out. she does a great job! Trade Secrets also carries the high end products we use for our hair as well as cosmetics and lotions, etc. A great little beauty shop next to Macy's at Vancouver Mall.

Amazing for a good price I would like to say my experience with Trade Secret Hair salon in Vancouver Mall was great. I called in that day and they had my appointment set for a time that fit my needs and when I arrived to Trade secret everything was set and ready to go. This was a convinent location and I was in and out. My hair dresser listened and to the style I wanted and it turned out exactly as pictured. The prices are really good for the excellent customer service you receive. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing little known place... This is a great place to get your hair done. Not very many people know about it, I didn't for a long time. The prices are reasonable and your hair will look great.
Can always find what you need. I know I can always find the latest hair products at Trade Secret. The associates are great. They are knowledgable about the products and even suggest other items that will work well with what I originally came into get. The only downside to Trade Secret is paying higher prices for shampoo, conditioner, styling products, etc. I think that is just the nature of the beast when it comes to buying "salon" products versus products sold at the grocery store. Overall, a great shopping experience.
