Roof leaf repair The team assessed the roof leaf and repaired it promptly. There was a follow up call to repair again in a week and the company promptly fixed it - without additional charge and honored their service

Siding, Capping and Waterproofing Bill's team were initially responsive and accommodating to every request. Pricing was fair and Rob and the team arrived on time, worked diligently and were helpful in pointing out areas that needed to be addressed and possible solution options. I had them expand the work and when problems arose, things just worse and worse and increasingly required me call and demand action. We had water damage due to the roof work and promised fixing of the damage never transpired. Be wary.

Balconies (flat roofs) completely disassembled and replaced. New decks installed. The quality work was completed in a very professional and timely manner. I had a great deal of help from Lee-Ann and Bill throughout completion of the project. Rob and his crew were all very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I was 100% satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this Trade-Rep if you want the jb done right.

Re-shingle roof A dumpster was delivered the day before. A crew arrived on time and quickly got to work removing all the old shingles. We were hit by a heavy downpour but they were able to tarp the roof to prevent any damage and were able to continue in a few hours. Everything was completed in one day with no damage to my property, and all refuse was hauled away. Pleased with the roof and it has gone through one winter and lots of wind and still holding up fine.

We had our roof done. Billy and Lee Ann were very professional and friendly to work with. They made the entire process very simple and provided excellent customer service. The work that was done was more then we could ask for - the team did an excellent job, cleaned up after themselves and got the job done quickly.

Aluminum siding repair After several people gave quotes then went silent, or refused to quote altogether, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt response time and availability to do the repair. It was done at the time scheduled, for the price quoted, and they even took all the garbage with them. Thanks guys
