RecommendedGreat guys - have always treated me well and been very honest about what my car needs or doesn't need.
I went in yesterday for an oil change. There was nobody in line at all. Two technicians working on the vehicle and it still took them an hour and 20 minutes. Yes, they cleaned the windshield and vacuumed it out and all that other stuff but, I did not have time to sit and wait and wait and wait. They should’ve offered those services that adds massive amounts of time as an option. .
They had my car for 3 days and they did nothing to it even though I had an appointment. I took the car back after they told me they didn’t have time to work on it after they had it for three days. The driver side window won’t go down and the air-conditioning don’t work so you can imagine how hot it is to drive my car. I’ll never take my vehicle there again nor will I recommend them to anyone I’ll tell people to stay away.

Love this place. Will not go anywhere else. Quick. Affordable. Respectful. They do an amazing job. 21st and 119th location.
-Charged for three hours of labor when the car wasn’t even at the shop for two and I was told that there were four cars in front of mine. -after THREE attempts and $800, my car was NOT fixed (doing exactly what it was doing before the first drop off), at the third visit we were told it would be another $1700. -no explanation as to why “repairs” were made that were not needed. -Tracy’s seems to employ dishonest, unprofessional and clueless mechanics in my experience
I visited the West 21st location. My low tire pressure light came on and I wasn't sure which one it was. I stopped in here after the bank to see if they could tell me. They checked each tire, aired them up and cleared the code all for free!!! Super fast and awesome service!!!
Not impressed at all. They took two days longer than expected to even look at my vehicle. I asked them to do a quick once over, and tell me the things they saw wrong with it. This quick once over ended up costing almost $100.00, that I was never told about until picking up my vehicle. Keep in mind that was for an hour of labor. My car is still unable to drive. Not happy at all.
The guys were fast and friendly and did a great job. They saved my tire in record time. Thank you!!!
