The staff here is exceptional! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and very quick to offer help. Not one person was pushy or forcefully trying to sell something. There were suggestions and offers to try something different, but no one was pushy. Their jeweler(s) are brilliant! I had a couple of repairs and a new design that came out beautifull! Thank you Tracy for telling us the story behind the "great one divine" ! Kudos to you and the staff you chose. All of my business will be yours.

Carrie was great. I shopped a couple other stores in town as well. Carrie and everyone there proved they would would be there for service and support long after the purchase.
They are so kind and friendly, also knowledgeable. So many beautiful and unique items.
My husband and I visited Tracy Zeller to look for a Mother's Day gift for his mom. The staff were extremely helpful but not pushy in any way! Gave us great recommendations but didn't try to oversell on anything too pricey! Definitely will return!
The friendliest staff! made us feel right at home.
