This is the best practice I have ever been to. Tracy Wyngaard has restored my faith in doctors. I had a really rough go with Novant in 2016-2018 and stopped going. I went back this year in 2026 to Tracy and honestly it's been the best experience. She listens to me intently, suggests things that have helped me tremendously, takes my research into account. Her beside manner and humor are as impeccable as her knowledge. 10/10.

Tracy is always very concerned about my well being and a very kind and helpful dr. I enjoy my visits with her, she’s also very caring and these are qualities I look for. I highly recommend her.
I've seen Alot of doctors in my 48 years with all kinds of health issues ..no one tries to figure me out.... I seen The compassion that Dr Tracy had for my mother and not only did she take care of my mom and helped her outlive her hospice time once she done it almost twice and I saw her compassion toward my mother I asked her to be my doctor and she has helped me more than anyone so not only to my doctor she's my husband's doctor as well ❤️🩹
