I had a frustrating experience at this office. Before my appointment, I confirmed that my employer-provided insurance was active and asked about coverage for a routine teeth cleaning. I was told everything was fine, which led me to believe the service would be covered. However, after the appointment, I was informed that there is a remaining balance due. Dr. Taddey and Anna did a great job replacing an old crown which required a second new crown because Dr. Tracy felt the first crown didn’t fit well, so expedited having another one made. :)
Dr. Tracy has established an excellent neighborhood dental practice. She and her staff are very professional and highly attentive to patients needs. I get three cleanings a year and I’ve been going for 10 or so years. This is a five star dental practice.
